and the girls looked cute, too.

We laughed a lot.... there were no glitches. Even the weather held up... don't forget, this is December!
One "tradition" that was new for me... they had to cut out a heart using nail sissors...
and then her new hubby had to carry her through it (instead of over a threshold)!
Awesome! Sincere best wishes to them both. (I'm rather partial to December weddings myself. *wink* )
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteCongrats Dorrie! They all looked really beautiful! I know you are so proud of them. Here's a toast to them that their marriage will be one that is strong and unshakable. "HUGS" to all

Congratulations to the family! I saw the girls' photo on FB. Everyone looks so joyful. I am not familiar with this cutting out the heart with those special scissors.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to the bride and the family and especially to you. Your girls looked as they are - gorgeous. Must be the month for it.
ReplyDeleteWildstorm.. I'd never before seen it either... it seems to be a new tradition. It wasn't done at my daughter's first wedding, either, and also not at my son's. It's kind of a cute idea, though.
